Learned Evolution (LE), the Brooklyn-based multi-faceted, multi-disciplinary experiential marketing agency is looking for bright, creative interns to assist our Art Director on the following:
----
Interns who have interest in doing BOTH print graphic design AND web design. Work in a small company for great clients. Fast paced work environment, organization & attention to detail a must.
Must have their own laptop (mac) to work from. Your major must be in Graphic Design (or related field). Web skills are a MAJOR plus.
Desired Software Skills:
-familiar with Mac environment
-Knowledge and experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop CS3 is a MUST
-basics of preparing images for web/ print
-basic HTML
-basic CSS
-basic knowledge of print production process
Must be able to commit to 2 regular days/week, 10a-5p
We seek an intern who is eager to work, who wants to learn more, and who wants to add value to the company. You will work hand in hand with the Art Director on a wide variety of projects. Portfolio building opportunity to work for some fun & diverse high profile clients.
Duties:
- Assisting the Art Director
- Updating & resizing flyers, menus, posters and banners
- Updating web graphics
- collaborative concept brainstorming for new projects
